Peter Smith replaces Bill Hoover as Chairman of the Board of AMERICAN SYSTEMS

Smith, who resigned from his position as the company’s President and CEO earlier this month, now fills the Chairman position vacated by Bill Hoover. Hoover had served as Chairman of the Board since 2015.

John Steckel selected as new CEO of AMERICAN SYSTEMS effective September 6
