As Vice President of Corporate Development, Mr. Nouri is at the helm of driving the company's Business Development initiatives, leading the Merger and Acquisition team, and directing Legislative Affairs efforts. His strategic leadership and extensive expertise guide the company through complex growth opportunities and legislative challenges, ensuring robust expansion and compliance.

Mr. Nouri joined the company in 2018 as Director of Account Management, bringing with him over 20 years of diverse industry experience. Before joining AMERICAN SYSTEMS, he held senior business development, strategy, and capture positions at renowned firms such as Peraton, L-3, and SAIC. Mr. Nouri's academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science in Engineering from the University of Maryland, underscoring his strong technical foundation and analytical skills.
