AMERICAN SYSTEMS provides services supporting the Defense Health Agency Spectacle Request Transmission System (SRTS).  SRTS is a web-based application that serves as the sole electronic system for ordering and tracking eyewear, supporting the Department of Defense and other federal agencies.  AMERICAN SYSTEMS’ efforts assist the Defense Health Agency in meeting its mission objectives and support the medical needs of veterans and service members, and in turn, the medical readiness of the U.S. Armed Forces. 

Services include requirements gathering, documenting, and developing a SRTS technical refresh.  The team will also provide sustainment of the legacy SRTS application to include patching, troubleshooting environment issues, maintaining the security posture, and reporting and data fidelity checking.
